Yes, having a pet is a lot of fun. But it also comes with tremendous responsibility. And most people come to terms with the enormity of the task when they get one. It’s the reason why pet abandonment is such a pervasive problem across the UAE. And when pets are abandoned they suffer immense pain, lonliness and anxiety. So to raise awareness of the issue and encourage people to adopt pets responsibly, we partnered with the Ministry of Environment to create a film that spoke to animal enthusiasts about how hard it is for abandoned animals to move on with their lives.
